Non pregnant females partners are welcome in this class too

WHEN TO START:

For maximum benefit it is better to attend regularly from early on in the pregnancy (ideally from 3 months onwards). However, classes are ongoing and may be started at any stage, even close to the due date of birth. These sessions are times of nurture, enjoyment and support. Your emotional well-being communicates to your unborn baby during these 9 months of pregnancy. Please do not wait until the last trimester to enjoy the many benefits.

Monthly Partner Classes

Due to popular demand, the men are allowed into the room once a month! These monthly sessions are a chance for dads, partners or support persons to join in:
For partners to work together, practice relaxation skills, massage each other, get in touch with the unborn baby as a family unit, prepare for labour and lots more. Very popular, practical class. (Mums may still attend on their own and partner with another mum or Lina).

"You are such a truly wonderful lady with such a lot to offer mothers and mothers-to-be. Your calming nature and constant interest helped me to feel relaxed and important. I look back to the time I spent with you in your relaxation classes, during my two pregnancies, and remember it to be a lovely calming time in my life. (I'll just have to have another baby so that I can enjoy those classes again!)
